Slumgullion-On-A-Bun - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped (1 c.)
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
    1 can tomato juice (1 pt. 2 oz.)
    1 can whole kernel corn (12 or 16 oz.)
    8 split hamburger buns
Preparation
    Shape ground meat into large patty in a kettle or Dutch oven. Brown 5 minutes on each side, then break up into chunks.
    Add onion and garlic; saute until soft.
    Add all ingredients.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Toast hamburger buns; put slumgullion over bun. Serves about 6 to 8.
