Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1 stick melted oleo
Preparation
    Combine mixed vegetables, onions, celery, water chestnuts, water, salt and pepper.
    Microwave on High for 4 minutes.
    Stir; cook 4 more minutes.
    Drain well.
    Add mayonnaise and cheese. Crumble crackers; mix with melted oleo and spread on top.
    Cook until golden brown at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
