Cream Puffs(Eclairs) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
4 eggs
2 pkg. vanilla pudding
chocolate chips, melted
10x sugar
Preparation

Heat to boiling:
water, butter and salt.
Add flour and eggs. Place on cookie sheet to desired size.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Split and bake 10 minutes longer.
Cool and fill halves with 2 packages vanilla pudding (prepared as package directs). Cover with top halves and coat with chocolate and 10x sugar.
