Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium head cabbage, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped onions
    8 c. water
    1 beef bouillon cube
    2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    Cook the first 7 ingredients until vegetables are tender, then add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Makes 16 to 20 servings.
