Barbecue Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 lb. spareribs
2 c. (approximately) brown sugar
1/4 c. distilled vinegar
salt and black pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
soul seasoning (optional)
barbecue sauce of your choice
2 c. water (if baked in oven)
Preparation

Season spareribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder and soul seasoning if used.
Mix brown sugar and vinegar and rub on meat generously.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Turn once.
