Ham And Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice ham (1-inch thick)
    7 potatoes, sliced thin
    milk
    pepper
    butter
    flour
Preparation
    Place slices of uncooked potatoes in layers in baking dish. Sprinkle each layer with flour, pepper and dot with butter.
    If ham is salty, do not use additional salt.
    Add milk in quantity sufficient to reach the surface of the sliced potatoes.
    Place slice of ham on top and bake in preheated oven.
