Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. finely chopped peeled tart apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat sugar into eggs.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 8-inch pie pan.
Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes.
Serve with cream or ice cream.
