Cheesy Chive Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) baking potatoes
    vegetable oil
    1/2 c. commercial buttermilk salad dressing
    1/3 c. (1.3 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. chopped chives
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and rub skins with vegetable oil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Allow potatoes to cool to touch.
    Cut in half lengthwise.
    Carefully scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact.
    Coarsely chop pulp.
