Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift together flour and sugar.
    Cut in shortening.
    Mix yeast with warm water until dissolved.
    Add buttermilk to yeast.
    Add mixture to flour.
    Mix lightly until moistened.
    Roll out to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 10 to 15 minutes.
