Shannon'S Homemade Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. warm water
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. honey
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. bread flour, divided
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Mix water, oil, honey and yeast.
    Let stand, covered, 15 minutes.
    Add egg and mix well.
    Add all flour and 1 1/4 cups bread flour; blend well.
    Place remaining flour on waxed paper; knead 5 minutes.
    Shape into rolls; place on cookie sheet.
    Let rise 10 minutes.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Brush with melted butter.
