Persimmon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. persimmon pulp
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar and margarine.
Add egg and pulp.
Next add flour, spice and remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch greased pan for 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool.
Pour glaze over cooled bars.
