Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 shredded onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 egg
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, salt, onion, cheese, peppers, milk and egg.
    Add corn; mix well.
    Pour half batter into large iron skillet; add cooked beef, then pour remaining batter over beef.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
