Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 lb. fresh spinach
    1 hard-cooked egg, cut up
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.
    Blend flour, paprika, salt and sugar into bacon grease.
    Add onion, water and vinegar.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Arrange spinach in bowl; top with bacon and egg.
    Add sauce and toss.
