Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
    1/3 c. bottled Thousand Island salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    several slices bread
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, thinly sliced
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss or Muenster cheese slices
Preparation
    About 45 minutes before serving:
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In a 9 x 9-inch baking dish, stir sauerkraut with its liquid and salad dressing.
    Top with a layer of corned beef.
    Bake for 15 minutes, until bubbly.
    Remove dish from oven.
    Place cheese on top of meat in a single layer.
    Top with a layer of bread.
    Lightly brush bread with butter.
    Bake 10 minutes longer, or until bread is crisp.
    Makes 8 servings.
