Chocolate Amaretto Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. teddy bear shaped chocolate graham crackers, crumbled
4 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. cocoa
3 Tbsp. Amaretto
2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
1/2 c. egg substitute
reduced calorie refrigerated whipped cream

Preparation

Sprinkle 1/4 cup crumbs on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan sprayed with Pam.
Set remaining crumbs aside.
