Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oranges
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) container vanilla pudding
    1 Tbsp. orange liqueur
    1 frozen loaf pound cake (10 3/4 oz.)
Preparation
    Finely shred enough orange peel to make 1 tablespoon.
    Set aside.
    Remove and discard the remaining peel.
    Section oranges. Set aside.
    In a small mixing bowl, stir together vanilla pudding and orange liqueur.
    Cut the pound cake into 12 slices.
    Place 2 slices on each of 6 individual dessert plates.
    Top each serving with some orange sections and pudding-liqueur mixture.
    Sprinkle with reserved orange peel.
    Makes 6 servings.
