Cheddar Pecan Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 c. pecans halves, coarsely chopped
bread sticks or crackers
Preparation

Bring cheese to room temperature.
Beat all ingredients, but pecans, with electric mixer.
Shape into 1 large or 2 small balls. Roll balls in chopped pecans.
Chill.
