Catalina Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 small jar apricot preserves
1 cut-up fryer

Preparation

Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole dish.
Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken.
Cover pan with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown and tender.
