Lemon Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. (4 servings each) lemon Jell-O
    1 can lemon pie filling
    1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water; add pie filling and stir.
    Add 1/2 cup cold water and drained fruit.
    Pour in oblong dish and chill until set (do not mold).
    Top with mixture of Cool Whip and sour cream (1/2 carton medium size Cool Whip and equal amount of sour cream).
