Texas Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/4 c. quick cooking rice
    1 envelope instant creamy chicken soup
    1 tsp. dried minced onion
    parsley (optional)
Preparation
    In 3-quart casserole, combine water, uncooked rice, soup mix and onion.
    Put in microwave for 4 to 5 minutes or until boiling. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
    Stir before serving.
