No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef cubes
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 c. carrots, cut small
    1 c. celery
    3 c. potatoes
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. tapioca
    4 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in a casserole or roaster. Cook at 250\u00b0 for 5 to 6 hours.
    Do not peek.
