Two Loaves Bread(Quick) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. yeast cake
2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. sugar (granulated)
4 Tbsp. soft shortening
6 c. flour, sifted
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add shortening, salt, sugar and half the flour.
Beat 2 minutes at medium mixer speed.
Add remaining flour and blend with spoon until smooth.
Cover with cloth and let raise for 30 minutes.
Beat 255 strokes and spread it evenly in greased pans.
Let raise 45 minutes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
