Spicy Whole Wheat Zucchini Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    3/4 c. white flour
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    dash of salt
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. grated unpeeled raw zucchini
    1/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    In a medium size mixing bowl, mix flours, wheat germ, sugar, baking powder and soda, spices and salt.
    Set aside.
    Pour milk in a 2-cup measuring cup.
    Add egg and oil and blend well.
    Pour milk mixture over dry ingredients; add zucchini and raisins.
    Stir just enough to moisten.
    Do not overmix.
    Spoon batter into greased muffin cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 22 minutes.
