Ingredients

1 to 2 eggs per person
1 to 2 slices bread per person
\"squeeze\" butter
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cut out center of bread with biscuit cutter.
Place bread and centers in well-buttered, hot skillet.
\"Squeeze\" butter the top side of bread.
Gently break an egg in center of bread.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until egg is partially cooked and turn over.
Turn the centers over, too.
Serve them with jelly!
