Fettucini Roberto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    5 tsp. butter
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms
    1 c. strip ham
    1 c. frozen peas
    8 oz. spinach fettucini
    8 oz. egg fettucini
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    1/2 c. grated Swiss
    1 pt. heavy cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in butter and oil on high heat.
    Reduce heat and add ham and peas.
    Cook noodles and drain.
    Add 4 tablespoons butter and cheeses to noodles.
    Add cream and then mushroom mix. Serve hot.
