Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. water
1 large pkg. cherry Jell-O
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. Jonathan apples, chopped
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
-
Boil cranberries, sugar and water for 10 minutes.
Add the Jell-O; stir well.
Let cool until warm.
Add celery, apples and walnuts; mix well.
Pour into mold.
Chill until firm.
Remove from mold onto lettuce leaves.
