Meatball Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. noodles, cooked
Preparation
    Mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, onions, egg and salt. Shape into 16 meatballs, brown in skillet and pour off grease.
    Add soup, sour cream and 1/4 cup water.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Stir often.
    Serve over cooked noodles.
