Shrimp Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/4 c. enriched flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of paprika
    1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    1 1/2 c. cooked, cleaned shrimp
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Blend butter, flour and seasonings.
    Gradually stir in milk. Cook until thick and smooth, being careful to stir constantly. Add catsup and shrimp; heat.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 6 servings.
