Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. seafood and/or meat (I use mixture of chicken and shelled shrimp)
1 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 to 1/2 c. green onion tops
1 can sliced water chestnuts and liquid
1 can sliced mushrooms and liquid
1 can beef broth
1/2 Tbsp. Tony's seasoning
1 stick butter or margarine (1/2 c.)
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
Preparation

Combine all and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Should be done when chicken is cooked, rice is tender and all liquid has been absorbed.
