Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 or 12 green cabbage outer leaves
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. bread crumbs (if desired)
    1 small, chopped onion
    1 small, chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 can stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, bell pepper and rice well; set aside.
    Rinse leaves and place in boiler pan; cover with cold water, bring to a boil and cook approximately 2 or 3 minutes. Drain and cool with cold water.
    In each leaf, place 1 to 2 tablespoons of mixture in the center.
    Fold outer edges of leaves to center, then roll end to end, forming a cylinder.
    Place in baking dish.
    Pour one can of stewed tomatoes over rolls and bake 30 to 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
