Banana Nut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar *
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 egg, beaten
1 c. water
bananas (at least 3 medium)
Grape-Nuts
Preparation

Place layer of sliced bananas in dish and cover with layer of sauce; sprinkle with Grape-Nuts cereal.
Continue with layers until you have completed three.
Be sure the top is covered completely with Grape-Nuts.
Chill 1 hour before serving.
Use at least 3 medium bananas.
