Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. blueberries fresh or frozen
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Combine egg, milk and oil.
Pour into flour mixture and stir enough to moisten flour.
Fold in drained blueberries.
Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Makes about 12 muffins.
