Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 sweet red bell or pimento peppers
    24 sweet green peppers
    18 large sweet onions
    6 pods green hot peppers
    1 qt. vinegar
    4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions together.
    Cover with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Add vinegar, sugar and salt; boil for 5 minutes.
    Pack in hot sterilized jars and seal.
