Sweet-Sour Chicken Macadamia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken thighs, skin and bone removed
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
    1 small onion, grated
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. corn oil
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. brandy
    Sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except chicken in a medium bowl, making a thin batter.
    Marinate chicken in the batter 30 minutes. Heat about 3-inches of oil in a heavy saucepan and fry the chicken until crispy golden.
    Drain on paper towel and keep warm while preparing Sauce.
