Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1/2 stick oleo, melted
1 c. grated cheese
Ritz crackers
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar and juice.
Add pineapple chunks and cheese.
Mix well and put in buttered casserole dish.
Top with crushed Ritz crackers and drizzle melted margarine over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
