Chess Pie Banks' Way - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. nutmeg
    1 c. cream
    4 eggs
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Blend butter, sugar, flour and half of nutmeg.
    After blending well, add eggs.
    Mix well.
    Pour in milk.
    Stir in remaining nutmeg.
    Stir well.
    Warm mixture to lukewarm.
    Pour in pie crust. Bake in oven at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 until done.
    Pie is done when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
