French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. Carnation milk
    3 eggs
    1 c. coconut
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg.
    Add melted margarine, flour and sugar; beat again. Add milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Add coconut and stir together. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until lightly brown and firm on top.
