6 Week Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. Raisin Bran flakes
    1 c. melted shortening
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Mix eggs, shortening and buttermilk. Mix all together.
    Fill muffin pan 2/3 full.
    Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Store remaining batter in refrigerator.
    Will keep several weeks.
