Walnut Glory Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. sifted cake flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
9 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. finely chopped walnuts

Preparation

Sift flour, cinnamon and salt.
Beat egg whites in a large mixing bowl until soft mounds form.
Gradually add 3/4 cup sugar. Continue beating together until very stiff.
Do not underbeat.
