Squash Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced squash
    1 c. sliced onion
    1/2 c. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place squash and onion in blender with enough water to cover. Process until finely chopped.
    Drain.
    Add flour, salt, pepper and egg.
    Mix well.
    Form into croquettes.
    Fry in hot oil.
    When brown on bottom, turn over and press flat while browning other side.
