Mama'S Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    6 c. low-sodium chicken broth
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    6 oz. fine noodles
    3 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, combine chicken, chicken stock, carrots, celery, onion and oregano.
    Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Lower the heat to medium and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside for 5 minutes or until cool enough to handle.
    Cut into bite size pieces.
    While the chicken is cooling, stir the noodles into the stock.
    Cook for 8 minutes or until just tender.
    Stir in the parsley and chicken.
    Serves 6.
