Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed cold boiled potatoes
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. French dressing
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 large hard-boiled eggs, cut up
Preparation
    Mix the potatoes, onion, salt, pepper and French dressing together.
    Chill an hour or two and toss lightly with mayonnaise. Carefully blend in the eggs.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
