Asparagus Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can asparagus
6 medium carrots, sliced lengthwise and boiled until tender in small amount salt water
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. asparagus juice
1/2 stick margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation

Make sauce with milk, asparagus juice, margarine, flour, salt, pepper and cheese.
Layer carrots, asparagus and sauce in baking dish.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
