Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut fine
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; beat in egg.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add to mixture, alternating with sour cream.
    Stir in vanilla and rhubarb.
    Bake in 9 x 12-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Before baking, sprinkle 1/2 cup white sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon on top.
