Stuffed Peach-Glaze Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (1-inch thick)
    2 c. chicken flavored stuffing mix
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced peaches
    1/3 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. peach preserves
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Drain and dice peaches, saving the syrup.
    In a bowl, mix the water and butter.
    Stir in the stuffing mix, peaches and syrup.
    Place the stuffing on top of the pork chops or on the side in a baking dish.
    Mix the preserves and mustard and brush over the chops and stuffing.
    Bake for sixty minutes.
