Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) bag shredded frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 (8 oz. or larger) sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. onion, sauteed in 1 stick butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and place in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
