Tee Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    6 hamburger buns, split and toasted
    thinly sliced onions
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in saucepan, simmer 5 minutes, stirring.
    Combine beef with salt and pepper.
    Spread raw meat to edge of toasted buns, brush meat with sauce, top with onion slice and brush with additional sauce.
    Broil 6 to 8 inches from heat for 5 to 7 minutes, brushing occasionally with sauce until meat is done as you like it.
    Makes 12 open sandwiches.
