Cheese Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 lb. cheese (mild or sharp), grated
    1 c. plain flour
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Let cheese and butter become room temperature; mix with dry ingredients.
    Divide into 4 parts; make into rolls (long) and freeze.
    After the rolls are frozen, slice thin.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or less.
    Store in a tight can.
