Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

skinless chicken breasts
celery, chopped
onion, chopped
grapes (seedless), sliced
almonds, sliced
nonfat mayo
pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil chicken, celery and onion until tender.
Drain.
Chop chicken.
Add grapes, almonds, mayo (amount to your taste) and pepper.
Serve on bread or lettuce.
