Banana Nut Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/2 c. water
2 eggs, unbeaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Line muffin pan with muffin liner or spray muffin pan with food release.
Cream margarine and sugar. Add mashed banana, eggs, water and vanilla.
Add all dry ingredients.
Fold in the chopped nuts.
Pour into baking muffin pans and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Yields 12 large or 18 medium size muffins.
